counselling
We know that talking about domestic and family abuse is hard. When you contact Safe Haven Community, you will talk to a trained counsellor who will listen and support you in what feels right for you and your situation.
Counselling provides a safe place to discuss, explore and work through experiences of abuse and violence. The support and information you gain through counselling can play an important role in your journey towards healing from the impact of domestic and family violence.
