Healthy relationships can be challenging to find. We understand that you have been through a tough time and may not have many people to reach out to.

The Kinship Circle is a group of women who have been through similar experiences. Every Thursday from 12 - 2 pm this group comes together with compassion, love, and kindness. Group members’ shared experiences can help normalize feelings and it may provide you with a support network.

You can recognize survivors of abuse by their courage. When silence is so very inviting, they step forward and share their truth so others know they aren't alone.

Importantly, there is support from our Counsellor, who is there to facilitate and explore what is going on for you in a safe environment.

Join us for a cuppa and stay connected.
