World's Biggest Dinner Party is on again

Safe Haven Community is proud to announce the World's Biggest Dinner Party, a major fundraising event that helps us to support women & children escaping domestic abuse.

Following the success of our inaugural event last year, this year's event will again be held during May, which is designated as Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

The World's Biggest Dinner Party bring together individuals, businesses and families from all walks of life to enjoy good food, music, and each other's company, all while making a difference in the lives of women and children affected by domestic abuse. The event will be a celebration of community, kindness, and resilience, and will raise crucial funds for Safe Haven's ongoing efforts to provide shelter, support, and resources to women in need.

"Domestic violence is a devastating issue that affects far too many women and children in our communities," said Jaeneen Cunningham, Executive Director of Safe Haven Community. "Through the World's Biggest Dinner Party, we hope to raise awareness and funds to help more women escape abuse and build a better future for themselves and their families."

The official date for The World's Biggest Dinner Party is the 13th of May 2023, but that doesn’t mean your event has to be held on that day. You can hold yours any time during that month. And it doesn't have to be a dinner party, you can host whatever type of gathering best suits your style and circumstances.

All proceeds from the event will go directly to Safe Haven's programs and services for women and children escaping domestic abuse.

To register your dinner party, make donations or learn more about the event, please visit the Worlds Biggest Dinner Party Website. And don't forget the Join the dedicated Facebook Group.

We look forward to welcoming you
